Mental Health First Aider

I’ve completed my Mental Health First Aid training with Music Support, a charity dedicated to supporting those in the music industry facing mental health and addiction challenges.

The course was practical, grounded, and relevant. It helped me recognise the signs, ask the right questions, and respond in a meaningful way.

In our industry, people often carry on under pressure without showing it. I now feel better prepared to offer support when it matters most.
