Turning your catalogue into income
Catalogue management
Since 2007, I’ve managed catalogues for artists, labels, estates, and companies across all rights and territories—handling registrations, tracking income, resolving data issues, and working closely with sync teams, tech partners, and rights organisations.
Data management
I prepare your catalogue data in the correct format for third-party administrators or royalty systems, such as Vistex, Curve, or custom templates - clean, structured, and ready to go.
Live performance setlist submissions
If your songs are being performed live, submitting setlists is essential. Whether you’re a writer, producer or rights holder, it’s how performance royalties from tours and licensed venues are tracked, claimed and paid. Done on time, it helps make sure nothing gets missed.
Sync licensing & negotiation
I support sync opportunities by handling early negotiations and helping secure fair terms. Timing matters. Delays can lose you the placement, but rushed approvals can lock you into poor terms on territory, duration or fees. I’m not a lawyer, but I bring solid sync experience and ask the right questions.
Income tracking
Income tracking starts with proper registration. This gives early visibility on key works and helps prioritise what’s active. I stay in close contact with clients and use insights from the recording side, such as streaming activity, to check that royalties match expectations and are correctly attributed by territory.
Copyright registration
I manage the full registration process, from submitting works to tracking acknowledgements at societies and income sources. I monitor timelines, check entries, and resolve rejections quickly. Once confirmed, I can also prepare back claims and submit setlists for live use where needed.
Counterclaim resolution
Conflicts can happen when multiple parties claim the same work, shares don’t add up, or previous publishers haven’t fully stepped away. I have solid experience resolving these issues and guiding clients through the steps needed to clear them. While a work is in conflict, royalties are blocked, so acting quickly matters.
Desk audits
I conduct desk audits for music publishers to check how well their catalogue is being managed. By reviewing admin records, royalty statements, and society registrations, I spot gaps, errors, and missed income. This helps make sure your catalogue is performing properly, both financially and administratively.
