Core team member
Music publishing intern - Isabel Elliott Galochino
Isabel is a music industry professional with a strong academic background in music business and a professional focus on music publishing. Trained in music industry studies and music business management, she has experience supporting artist management, releases, and creative projects across recording, marketing, and live music. She is highly organised and detail-oriented, with broad musical knowledge and a strong interest in rights, licensing, catalogue management, and music synchronisation. Isabel is passionate about the business behind music and is motivated to continue developing her career in music publishing.
Testimonial
"Isabel has taken to music publishing remarkably quickly. Publishing administration demands precision, consistency, and a strong grasp of detail, and she has shown all three from the outset. Just as importantly, she asks the right questions and is not hesitant to do so. That curiosity and confidence is an asset in publishing administration, where accuracy depends on challenging assumptions and clarifying details. I feel very fortunate to be working with her, and I am certain she has a strong future ahead in music publishing."

Practical legal & licensing support for music professionals
Legal & Licensing Partner - Jay Savage
Jay has three decades of experience in the global music industry, with a specific focus on publishing. Shortly after obtaining a law degree, he began his career at MCPS in London, where he was the African music specialist, before returning to South Africa where he worked at independent publisher, Gallo Music Publisher. Jay spent 16 years as MD of Sony Music Publishers before relocating to the Netherlands where he works as an independent business affairs consultant with a focus on legal advice, licensing, and contract negotiation. He has vast experience in all aspects of music rights, artist/composer representation, creative support and has acted as music supervisor on a range of TV and film projects.
Testimonial
"When it came to finding a partner for licensing and legal, Jay Savage was my first choice. I’ve known him a long time and trust him completely, which means I also trust him to support the people I work with. He has that rare ability to translate complex terms into plain language, and he knows how to secure the right deals, the right rates, and the right distinctions. A steady and trusted partner."

Finding the money
Income Tracking Partner - Claimy
Claimy is the first AI-powered music rights administration engine. It identifies missing rights, sends claims, centralises usage data, and forecasts revenue, giving rights owners real-time insight and control.
Testimonial
"From the first moment I heard what Claimy was doing, I was genuinely excited and I’m not the only experienced income tracker who has felt a rush of excitement when hearing first about the company. Their Co-Founder, Pierre-Alban Mulliez, described what felt like the missing piece of the puzzle. Claimy is on the same quest I was on back in 2008 when I was manually tracking the income for "I’m Yours". The scale is different now, and the tools are sharper, but the goal is the same – to ask the right questions and get people paid properly."

Know what's played, where it's played, anywhere
Music Recognition Technology Partner - Vollou
Offers AI-powered MRT (music recognition technology) to identify and report live and recorded music played in venues, ensuring accurate royalty distributions through Performance Rights Organisations.
Testimonial
“There are plenty of MRT solutions out there, but most involve expensive gear that’s clunky and hard to maintain. Vollou offers something much simpler. You turn the app on at the start of the set, off at the end, and it prepares the submission for the collection society so the rightsholders get paid.”

Sync Search Technology Partner - Synclodge
The data on who has the authority to license a recording and/or song is not easy to find. Music supervisors spend a considerable amount of time searching for this information by consulting numerous online databases, sending emails, making phone calls, and posting on social network groups.
With SyncLodge, it's just one button click away, with simple integration of data into all necessary processes and documentation.
SyncLodge accesses the world's publicly released music, prioritising properly registered catalogues from rightsholders and administrators.
Testimonial
“When a sync opportunity comes along, you can’t afford to miss it. One of the biggest frustrations for music supervisors is unclear or missing clearance details. SyncLodge solves that by giving full visibility and making the process straightforward. It’s free for artists and rightsholders to add their catalogue, with no strings attached and no conflict with existing deals – it simply makes the clearance information easy to find.”
