Music Tech Europe Academy is a pan-European acceleration programme designed for music-tech innovators, startups, entrepreneurs and SMEs.
MTE Academy is co-funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union and is coordinated by Music Innovation Hub (Italy) in partnership with Media Deals (Germany), Technoport (Luxembourg), M.E.S.O. (Greece), and Music Tech Hub (Spain).

AMP Program - Music Estonia
AMP is an export development programme for both emerging and established music companies. Running for 15 months from September 2020, it supports export growth through input from experienced international mentors and specialists.
I'm proud of my mentee, Susanna Aleksandra Veldi, and how far she’s come. As the founder of Créa, she connects creative coaches with businesses, using improvisation, deep listening, art, and movement to build trust, support innovation, and improve communication.
Helping young professionals develop their skills in the music industry
Fall 2024 Big.Ass.Kids Mentorship Programme
The programme ran for 16 weeks, during which interns worked on projects, received feedback, and presented their work to industry leaders. My role included monthly 1:1 mentoring sessions, offering feedback on Hanane’s projects, and reviewing her final presentation. The goal was to provide her with guidance, insights, and support as she gained valuable experience in the field.

Hub for the Exchange of Music Innovation (HEMI) Mentor 2022-2024
I mentored nine participants in the HEMI Incubator, a music business programme supporting entrepreneurs across nine Central and Eastern European countries. The initiative offered tailored consultancy and built connections between professionals and industry stakeholders.
I was involved from its launch until it concluded in November 2024 and joined the Advisory Board in its final year. The experience deepened my mentoring practice and broadened my engagement with the startup and music-tech sectors.
